Our priority is to provide our clients with a comfortable and luxurious stay in our apartments, which are perfectly equipped and furnished to a high standard. We pride ourselves on our experience and knowledge in the industry, which allows us to provide our guests with an unforgettable holiday or business experience.
Below are the most important points of our regulations:
1. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
2. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the following day.
3. Key collection and return are made through the key safe at the apartment door.
4. Quiet hours in the property are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following day.
5. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the property's furnishings and technical equipment caused by their fault or the fault of visitors. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by children.
6. Guests should notify us in the event of any damage.
7. Guests are required to store the apartment key with due care.
8. Guests may not transfer the apartment key to third parties.
9. It is prohibited to remove items belonging to these items from the property.
10. If a Guest significantly disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbors and fails to adhere to generally accepted norms of interpersonal coexistence, the property reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay and is not obligated to refund the unused period.
11. Guests agree to use the property only for residential purposes – organizing events or conducting business activities is prohibited.
